Welcome to Webridge, the online IACUC Submission, Tracking, and Review System
Monthly maintenance window is the 3rd Saturday of the month from 3:30pm PST to 9:30pm PST. The site may be down intermittently at any time during that window.
In line with EIS security practices, Webridge requires enrollment with Okta for 2-factor authentication. When logging into Webridge from outside of the Cedars-Sinai network, you will be prompted to use Okta Verify in addition to your username and password to sign in to Webridge. Webridge continues to be accessible from outside of the Cedars-Sinai network without a VPN connection.
If you have an active Webridge account, but are not already an Okta user, EIS will assign you Okta and you will receive an email with instructions for set-up. All Cedars-Sinai employees and staff will use their existing Okta verify token to access the system. If you do not yet have a Webridge account (user ID and password), please click on the "Request Account" link above for instructions. If you already have an account, you may start using the system by clicking on the "Login" link above. Once you are logged into Webridge, you will be able to access IACUC resources, including guidance for new researchers.

CS-IRB is Now Live
All new IRB submissions created on or after June 3, 2019 must be submitted through CS-IRB. The legacy Webridge-IRB is maintained in read-only format.
