Basic Folder Information

Request Account

Requesting a Webridge Account at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center must be done through Service Center. You can access Service Center here: http://servicecenter.csmc.edu.  

For support, call the Cedars-Sinai Enterprise Information Services (EIS) Help Desk at 310-423-6428.  If you have any additional questions, please contact the Office of Research Compliance and Quality Improvement at 310-423-3783, or e-mail the IACUC Office at IACUC@cshs.org.

If you are not currently in the Cedars-Sinai system (i.e. you do not currently have a Cedars-Sinai email):

If you are not currently in the Cedars-Sinai system, your department contact will need to assist you with requesting a Webridge account by completing the below forms using Service Center. 

  1. Complete the following form to be added to the Cedars-Sinai system: Manage Non-Employee Info.

 

  1. Complete the following form to request AD/Network Account access: Onboard New User

Your account request should be fulfilled within 2-3 business days.  If you have any questions, or would like a status update, please contact the Human Resources Help Desk (424-314-MYHR).

Once you are in the Cedars-Sinai system:

The following "CS-IRB/Webridge: IRB and IACUC Protocol tracking" form may be used to request a Webridge account: CS-IRB/Webridge

In the form, select "Webridge-IACUC: Access to animal research protocols."  Then where it asks for the Webridge-IACUC Role, type in: "Study Staff".  Click "Add to Cart" and then "Proceed to Checkout".  On the Order Confirmation screen, be sure to select the name of the person who you are requesting the account for.  Enter your name only if you are requesting an account for yourself.

Your account request should be fulfilled within 2-3 business days.  If you have any questions, or would like a status update, please contact the EIS Help Desk (310-423-6428) and be sure to provide them with the ticket number (beginning with "RITM").

 

Okta Verification for Webridge

In line with EIS security practices, Webridge requires enrollment with Okta for 2-factor authentication.  Webridge is accessible from outside of the Cedars-Sinai network without a VPN connection, but when logging in from outside of the Cedars-Sinai network, you will be prompted to use Okta Verify in addition to your username and password to sign in to Webridge.
